NOMA

I was away long time ( so sorry) work, study, life in general wasn't easy the last months but looks like I'm back on track :D and of course I had to post pict of my last culinary trip NOMA :)

I went last week with a few friends ( all of them chef starts) to Danish restaurant and what a surprise of place!!!! Best restaurant in the world, best experience even :)

Almost 5 hours of heaven and after ( in total with snacks) 24 courses + wine testing ....... We left Noma thinking ( I want to come back) Really nice atmosphere and lovely room and the staff ( One team , one goal)

7 months wait list but It's worth it even when u see the bill ;)

I'M BACK

I'm back!!!! yeaaaaaa........ My life was kinda crazy those days and I just forget updated :( I know ......... NO EXCUESE!!!!

So during the last 2 weeks, I was working and studing ....... and then my mother came to visit me and I had a few friends leaving parties so ....... anyway no excuese!!!!! but I'm back

2 Months ago I was in Costa Rica (wonderful place) and still I remember my lovely wake up there with a proper coffee and sun in my face (small things make me happy). I suppose that 2day is not a good day and I just need positive thoughts :) so I decide take my coffee in my Four Seasons Costa Rica cup (yessssss). I had a small accident last thursday in my foot and it's getting worst :( so my plan of surfing and improve my 10 km running is cancelled for this week. So for the moment I'll be at home, looking through the window and I reminding place like Costa Rica.

El vino tiene una relación especial con la mujer, es un complemento de belleza y sensualidad, y al aparecer aumenta el deseo sexual.

Les cuento que un estudio realizado por la Universidad de Florencia en Italia, ha llevado a conclusiones muy interesantes sobre el vino y la mujer, pero sobre todo, un motivo justificado para que las mujeres aumenten el consumo del vino, eso sí, un consumo moderado.

Resulta, que el estudio fue realizado a una población de 800 mujeres italianas entre los 18 y 50 años en la Región de Chianti en la Toscana. Esta muestra se dividió en 3 grupos diferentes según el consumo diario de vino, las mujeres consumidoras de una o dos copas, las que consumen menos de una copa y las abstemias.

Todas estas mujeres, respondieron un test de 19 preguntas, con la intensión de medir su índice de funciones sexuales femeninas; de acuerdo con la tabulación de los datos, el grupo que presentó mayores índices de deseo sexual, fueron las mujeres que consumían diariamente una o dos copas de vino.

Por lo tanto, la conclusión de este estudio según los médicos que lo llevaron a cabo, es que hay una fuerte relación entre la ingesta de vino tinto y la sexualidad. Según sus análisis, los componentes químicos del vino tinto, pueden aumentar las funciones sexuales, ya que aumenta el flujo sanguíneo a áreas claves del cuerpo.

WINE GLASSES & MY FRINEDS

Good Morning!!!! Hoy es el primer dia de muchos dias, al menos eso espero....... I was away from work for 2 weeks and the first day back I had a little accident with a wine glass :( bufffffff wine glasses are my friends!!!! can't believe it!!! but anyway after a relax day :) I'm ready to rock the world and be in peace with the glasses or whatever that want attack me :D
